2018. GLOBE is delighted to announce that two leading members of our GLOBE Phase 4 Principals team, Peter Dorfman and Mansour Javidan, are among the top 100 most influential authors in Organizational Behaviour literature according to a new study in the Academy of Management Learning and Education Journal. American Psychological Association award for “Culture and Leadership Across the World: The GLOBE Book of In-Depth Studies of 25 Societies.” Recipient of the 2008 Ursula Gielen Global Psychology Book Award, given annually by the International Psychology Division (52), American Psychological Association, to authors of the book that makes the most significant contribution to psychology as a global discipline.
